- Knowingly11 transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other malicious software designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware (Christian Aid, n.d.).

By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant NuCreature.News a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User-Generated15 Content in connection with the Service16 and NuCreature.News’s (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service.
